Hope anyone who follows me here is doing well. I wanted to update on the deletion of the Perspectives on Grief posts.
All of that was written by me and I deleted it because some of that information was used in my new book, Grief & Anxiety:An Unwanted Relationship.
I wanted to keep it separate from my business because it is a very deep and personal story, but I decided against it. I wanted to make sure that if you were someone who used that information to help you and now it was gone, you knew where to find it.

Remember you are not alone when you feel like you've lost control. There are so many others right there with you.
